My name is Nomi Kreiser, and I am a qualified, clinically trained, Registered Nutritional Therapist and weight loss specialist based in Bournemouth, Dorset.
My key areas of nutritional expertise are weight loss, weight management, sports nutrition, digestive health, and skin health nutrition. I use the most up-to-date scientific research to achieve the best results for my clients. Since 2018, I have been working as a movement teacher, manual therapist and nutritionist with over 1,500h+ of additional training. Over the years I have had the pleasure to teach classes and events across Ireland, England, Germany and Spain. You can now find me teach at The Holistic Hub in Ferndown and The Skin Clinic Company and The Wholistic Clinic in Bournemouth and Christchurch for nutrition and craniosacral therapy consultations.
I love teaching creative and fun Yoga and Qi Gong movement flows to people in all stages of their life.
My focus lies in mobility, functional strength and lots of fascia work. (Fascia is our connective tissue that surrounds and holds every muscle, organ, blood vessel, bone, and nerve fiber in place. The result of tight fascia is pain in the body.)
My aim, as a teacher, is to help you connect to your body and move more mindful and without pain. I am here to help you work with your body, not against it.

There is no one-fits-all solution when it comes to the right movement, nutrition or lifestyle for your health. My goal is to give you all the tools you need to create a healthy lifestyle that works for you. This can be a combination of movement practice, nutrition and manual therapy.
